As a leadership coach, and as a former corporate lawyer and senior HR executive, I have dedicated my career to the development of both emerging and executive leaders.
My unique approach has been honed by work in Fortune 500 global companies and non-profit organizations over four decades, across five countries and in three languages.
That experience confirmed my belief that people are naturally creative and resourceful. When provided with the right guidance they are capable of finding answers, taking action, recovering from mistakes, learning from experience, and growing.
That’s why I approach coaching as a co-active conversation, helping individuals and organizations solve problems through discovery, awareness and choice.
